Since leaving University in 2001 after studying for a degree in Economics and European Studies, Rob began his professional career as a graduate trainee money broker for a boutique firm in the heart of the City of London. A lifelong interest in property however drew Rob to leave the City and begin a long career in Central London, the last 15 years of which has been spent at a boutique agency in Mayfair where he worked alongside James. It was here that Rob forged a large number of strong relationships across the industry as well as building a reputation for being a trusted advisor at the very top end of the Central London Market. Rob also established, grew and ran the residential development department of his previous firm where, in the face of strong competition from much larger international firms, he was responsible for successfully managing a department advising and selling assets worth almost £1.5bn.
  
Rob is also well known in the ‘second-hand market’ and over the years has been responsible for selling some of the largest and most valuable houses in Central London to a value of almost £1bn.
  
When not at work, Rob is a keen sportsman playing tennis to a high standard and has a number of Marathons and Ironman triathlons under his belt, as well as spending quality time with his wife Lucy and their son, as well as family and friends.

Since leaving University in 2001 after studying for a degree in Politics, James spent a few years working in financial services before an opportunity to work in property presented itself, ultimately leading to a position at a boutique agency in Mayfair where he worked alongside Rob for 15 years. During this time James furthered his education gaining a Masters’ degree in Real Estate and Finance and later promoted to Managing Director of the firm. Taking over the running of the sales, valuations and lettings departments the company expandedthe work force and doubled their market share in both volume and value of transactions.
  
James has a wide network of clients and contacts across the industry and is well known for selling at the very highest level in the prime Central London Market, personally responsible for over £1bn worth of transactions.
  
When not at work, James is a keen runner and has a great interest in Rugby which he played to a very high standard. Weekends are mostly spent with his wife Georgina and three young daughters.

Peter is a luxury residential property specialist with more than two decades of experience in Prime Central London, spanning residential development, advisory, sales and acquisitions. He has built a strong reputation for delivering strategic sales and marketing advice, sourcing and appraising development opportunities, and managing complex client relationships across domestic and international markets.
  
As well as working in-house for a number of London's most high profile residential developers, Peter spent nearly a decade as a Director at JLL within the Prime Central London Residential Development team, advising on some of London's most high-profile schemes. In this role, he provided end-to-end consultancy, from site acquisition strategy through to sales and marketing execution, while also contributing at board level and mentoring junior team members. In addition to his professional roles, Peter has served as a Non-Executive Director at Yourkeys Technology, contributing to its growth prior to its acquisition by Zoopla Property Group.
  
Peter brings a comprehensive skill set encompassing acquisitions, development consultancy, sales strategy, and business growth, underpinned by deep market knowledge and an extensive professional network within the Prime Central London residential sector.
